Course Memo
This course is designed to explore DNP leadership student key concepts in organizational
behavior. Important content will include components of organizational culture, the role of
attitudes and diversity, workplace communication, the force of power and influence, team
behavior, and motivation theory. Leadership theories will be applied to organizational culture
and change management.
