Course Memo

Nursing Care of Infants and Children utilizes the nursing process in providing developmentally appropriate care to the pediatric population, through the lifespan from infancy to adolescence, experiencing disruptions in biological, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs. There is an emphasis also placed on health promotion and health maintenance in a variety of settings. Prerequisites: Junior I courses or Permission of the Dean. Co-requisites: N319
