DNP-CLINICAL LEADERSHIP (POST MASTERS)

Description

Clinical Leadership

Designed for nurses who aspire to be leaders or who hold leadership positions, the Clinical Leadership program prepares nurses to serve in management roles in clinical environments. In addition to the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) core classes which advance nursing practice knowledge, this program focuses on providing students with operational, human resource, legal and risk management, and strategic leadership knowledge. Practicum experiences are tailored to each student’s management experience. Nurses with either a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a Master of Science in Nursing degree can enroll in this program.

This program typically takes five years to complete.
